    This two-panelled work can be installed in two different ways. See images.

    Spread is a compilation of work made by spreading the filler along the depth of the rim with a scrape. Letting a single action shape the result is reminiscent of Richard Serra's Verb List. It functioned as a kind of manifest for Serra's way of producing sculptures. To spread is on the list. It's about making art by exposing a matter to different types of forces.

➝Work from solo exhibition "It’s Not Far Away" in Oslo Negativ, Det Gamle Biblioteket, 2021.
➝"Eiriks Gate, Living Room, Wasp" is in the same series as "Eiriks Gate, Living Room, Fly", as shown in picture 2.
➝Technique: self-developed photo transfer technique, with the usage of acrylic paint and digital inkjet print.  The photograph is taken by an analog camera.
➝Installation: The work is mounted off-the-wall by nails and magnets (magnets are included in the work). The artist can provide assistance on installation. 

Exhibition text from "It’s Not Far Away": 
I am sitting here, waiting, is it coming?

Through this fixated view, a window that I see everyday from the beginning of the day til the end, where do my eyes land? Dead bugs, trees, those two birds that probably have a nest somewhere, his belongings, her gifts, memory intertwined. I think I am lost, is it here yet? 

"It’s Not Far Away" is about the voyeuristic glances and the distorted experiences of time passing in everyday life, through windows with personal connections. The main work is consisted of several photographs that document a single motif in different perspectives. One set is focused on the window frame and another is fixed on the view on the other side. These fluid, organic documentations trace down the washed out and preserved, time and memory.

"-utstillingen har blitt til i denne pandemi tiden som rene refleksjoner. Utstillingen er skisser fra 2021 malt opp som malerier i 2022. Jeg ville at skissene skulle få bli originaler i sin rette form, og det er derfor gjengitt så oppriktig som mulig uten å være låst til å kopiere.
Utstillingen bestod av 135 arbeider.

Dette er en videreføring av utstillingen "dette går aldri over" fra januar 2022 sammen med AceOslo.

Details include pollen and honey filled chambers, cells housing drones or a queen, brightly fresh or time darkened wax. Previously shown at MAN FALLS - PREPARATIONS FOR A WAKE, at Exgirlfriend Gallery in Berlin, and MAN FALLS - A WAKE, at Khartoum Contemporary Art Center, Oslo.
