Is the third edition of Egg Vessels. Art pieces are a tribute to Earth´s "Seven Seas" and its inhabitants. As human beings, we do not know our planet very well and with all living creatures. Especially in deep seas, covering most of our planet. Yet we are polluting and killing it every day. This is a sad story of everyday consumerism and the greedy world that we all have contributed to.
res. Porcelain pieces are hand-painted in carat gold. The design of the vessels is inspired by a simple "egg-like" shape which is a symbol of eternal life. Divided form into 2 separate objects is creating "mobile decoration". The piece can be assembled into many different variations.
Each set in the “Egg Vessels Collection” has a story to its designed decoration.
Each Porcelain Vessel is divided into two separate pieces and is given the possibilities of:
- ”Mobile decoration”: changing the decor by turning the bottom or a top part of the object
- ”Mix and match”: choosing between ten different collections and easy assembling together separate pieces
- ”Art piece with an use”: the object can be disassembled into a bowl or container
- “Simple design”: compact design ergonomic in transportation, easy access to the inside of the vessel, light in self-assembling and carrying.

The “Egg Vessels” are made as limited collections.

Deep Ocean

Tall Vase Cobalt Ovaries is part of the "Useful Unique 2 " collection. This version of the design series consists of sets: “Syria” and “Mine is bigger than yours”. Pieces are handmade, cast in stoneware, and have unique stamp decorations. The simplicity of shapes, timeless beauty, functionality, conceptual design, quality of material, freshness, and humor are a few words that describe those pieces perfectly.

“Useful- Unique2” includes in its structure the shift between light and shadow. It compiles the essential playfulness along with its interactive surface that gives the receiver sensual experiences by touching and using it.

Large Vase Cobalt Ovaries

The idea of the"Egg Vessels” was to create a “Conversation piece” with an interactive aspect. Designed with simplicity in mind from porcelain and inspired by the timeless “egg” shape.  
In “Egg Vessels” each set has a story to its designed decoration:  
"White on Blue" is inspired by traditional “blue on white” porcelain painting, well known in the history of ceramics art. The use of reverse white-on-blue decoration is playing with the concept of traditional decoration on porcelain and its heritage. 
I used expressive brush strokes that can be found for example in Cy-Twombly paintings.
White strokes on the cobalt surface are complemented by a traditional yet contemporary gold finish.

THE EGG VESSELS
Royal Green
 

The idea of the"Egg Vessels” was to create a “Conversation piece” with an interactive aspect. Designed with simplicity in mind from porcelain and inspired by the timeless “egg” shape.  
In “Egg Vessels” each set has a story to its designed decoration:  
"Royal Green" is inspired by the traditional green color used in the Royal palaces of Europe and Asia.
I used expressive brush strokes that can be found for example in Cy-Twombly paintings.
