Oil on canvas This painting is part of an asymetrical diptych and the counterpart of the painting "The face of Joy". It is a portrait of "Didi the Devil" and German man who has been dressing up as a devil and making a spectacle of himself as a spectator of the seminal cycling competition "Tour de france" for many years. Ironically while dressing up as the literal devil, he is the source of joy and happiness in almost every situation he finds himself in.
