Painting made during field work at Fensfeltet in August 2025. In connection with the project Extraction. Curated by Linn Obrestad and Hilde Iren Dølheim. Both artist from the area and central to the group exhibiting 2026 at Kunstparken Risør. The project looks at the questions raised also by the local nature as it has been found rare earth minerals in the area at Ulefoss and locally at Fen. The area Bærevann and Lønntjenn is where the images I have worked on come from. Made with acrylics, tar and different waxes on cotton canvas.
