Available also in 30x45, 50x70, 70x100 and 100x120 The term Daddy Issues has been thrown into film and literature for several years and has been made as a kind of explanation for the challenges that one brings into adulthood; In relationships with people, their closest relationships, self-esteem, etc. The dynamics here are a mechanism reminiscent of what Freud called repetition compulsion, a need for the known, which is widely observed under the personal attempt of dealing with trauma and grief. Thus, began a kind of fictional narrative where I use archive images from my own childhood, as well as photographs I have collected during the years traveling, in the hometown of Fredrikstad or in Oslo. Together, these series constitute a work that is self-exploring and curious.
